Fetch Dog Harness Let’s Your Lil’ Buddy Shoot Some Great Doggy-Cam Footage

Have you ever watched a dog at play? They're in their own little world where chasing a chipmunk across the yard is every bit as important as that TPS report you've been tasked to write. And that hole Fido's been digging? He's not sure where it leads, he only knows it must be dug. Ah, the life of a dog -- rather than dress up in a Wilfred costume and freak out the neighbers, you can live vicariously through your pet with GoPro's new Fetch mount.

The Fetch dog harness has two mount locations for HERO cameras -- one on the back for an over-the-head perspective and a second on the chest to see the action up close and personal. Can't decide? Place a HERO camera on both mounts and get creative with your video editing skills.

Fetch Harness

"The adaptability and versatility of GoPro cameras make them the perfect device to document life from a dog’s point of view," said Paul Osborne, GoPro’s senior director of product management. "We designed Fetch to meet the unique needs and usage for pets and can’t wait to see the images and videos that owners will capture and share now that they have a mount specifically for their dog."

To ensure things remain comfortable for Sparky, the Fetch harness is fully adjustable to fit small dogs of 15 pounds (7 kilograms) to large breeds up to 120 pounds (54 kilograms) and is padded. The mount is also able to withstand the elements, so if Rover likes to roam around in the mud or splash in puddles, you won't have to worry about him ruining the harness.

Fetch is available now for $60 on GoPro's website.
