Asus Transformer TF300T Specs Leak

After images of Asus' next-generation Eee Pad TF300T leaked onto the Internet earlier this month, we wouldn't be too surprised if this upcoming tablet made its debut at Mobile World Congress later this month. Considering this tablet uses the same naming conventions as previous Transformer tablets, we're expecting the TF300T to be part of the Transformer family. Now, we're getting even more details about this tablet in the form of leaked specs.

More specifically, it looks like the new Eee Pad TF300T could feature a 1.2GHz quad-core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor along with a 10.1-inch IPS display (1200 x 800) and 1GB of RAM. Other key features could include 16GB of internal storage, an 8 megapixel rear-facing camera without a flash, and a 1.2 megapixel front-facing camera. If 16GB of internal storage isn't enough for you, the tablet is also expected to have a microSD card slot for additional storage.

Like many new tablets, the Eee Pad TF300T is expected to run on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Something that really sticks out about this tablet is the fact that it's both heavier and thicker than its predecessors: It reportedly measures 9.9 millimeters and weighs 640 grams. You can further compare the Eee Pad TF300T to other tablets in Asus' lineup by checking out the leaked screenshot from Tabletowo below.
