An indie game developer is facing repercussions from Valve after it decided to file a lawsuit against a band of anonymous Steam users. The suit alleges a number of offenses, including cyberbullying, stalking, forming a hate group to harass and disrupt the company's business and products, and so forth. In response to the lawsuit, Valve removed all of the developer's games from Steam. Digital Homicide and its co-founder James Romine are seeking $18 million from 100 anonymous Steam users known only by their online nicknames. Developer 343 Industries is wrapping up work on Halo 5: Forge, the free version of Halo 5's map editing tool that's scheduled to release for Windows 10 next month. Microsoft used the Gamescom gaming convention in Germany as an opportunity to show off the latest trailer for Gears of War 4, its upcoming third-person shooter being developed by The Coalition. Square Enix is putting the word out to retailers and the public at large that Final Fantasy XV will not ship on September 30, 2016, as previously stated at Pax Prime. The new release date is November 29, 2016, which gives Square Enix a couple of extra months to apply some final coats of polish. Most old school gamers would name GoldenEye 007 as a title they have fond memories of playing. it was a huge hit on the Nintendo 64 console, and for the past 10 years a group of enthusiastic fans have been remaking the game for PC using Valve's Source engine. Well the good news is that No Man's Sky has finally arrived.
