MSI Launches GT660 Gaming Notebook
MSI is super stoked about their new GT660 gaming notebook, and with good reason. Packed inside a 16-inch chassis are a bevy of enthusiast grade goodies, not the least of which is a Core i7 processor and Nvidia GTX 285M graphics. What's more, MSI claims this is the first notebook to come equipped with the company's TDE+ technology (Turbo Drive Engine+ technology), which lets you ramp up the processor, memory, and graphics performance with the touch of a button.
In addition the Intel/Nvidia foundation, the GT660 comes with up to 12GB of DDR3 memory, two hard drive compartments, a 4-in-1 memory card reader, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, HD webcam, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, eSATA, HDMI, and Windows 7.
Perhaps taking a cue from Asus, the GT660 sports a few ferocious curves not typically found on MSI notebooks, though not quite as distinct as Asus' G73Jh. Still, it's an attractive looking notebook with inner beauty to boot.
