Kodak Releases Three New Compact Cameras

Kodak has added three new 12 megapixel compact cameras to its lineup. Leading the introductions is the EASYSHARE Z950 Digital Camera with a 10x image stabilized Schneider-Kreuznach optical zoom lens. The company also refreshed its ‘M’ range by adding the EASYSHARE M381 and EASYSHARE M341 digital cameras. All three new cameras have Kodak's Smart Capture scene recognition and exposure system.

Kodak EASYSHARE Z950

You’ll find a 3-inch LCD and HD picture and video capture capabilities on the Z950. To help you get the best possible picture in any setting, this camera incorporates Kodak’s Smart Capture feature which automatically adjusts focus, flash, and exposure. Other features include a fast click-to-capture speed of less than 0.3 seconds, face detection, video capture with audio, on-camera editing, and High ISO capabilities. Look for the EASYSHARE Z950 in August for $279.99.


Kodak EASYSHARE M381

Featuring a 5x optical zoom lens in a slim design, the EASYSHARE M381 make it easy to capture memorable moments. This 12 megapixel camera features Kodak’s Smart Capture technology, a 3-inch LCD, face detection, blur reduction, video capture with audio, 19 scene modes, and five color modes. This camera will come in Black Olive, Light Steel Blue, and Wine Red for approximately $180. It will be available in September.


Kodak EASYSHARE M341

Another addition to the M Series line is the EASYSHARE M341 which features a 3x optical zoom lens and a 2.7-inch LCD. For easy uploading of pictures and video directly to YouTube or KODAK Gallery, you can use the camera’s Share button and KODAK EASYSHARE Software. The EASYSHARE M341 will be available in September for approximately $149. This camera will come in Grey Silver, Classic Kodak Red, Satin Black, Deep Orchid, and Light Blue.
