Fremont, CA, – Corsair a worldwide leader in high performance computer and flash memory products, today announced the HX450W, part of the newly-established Corsair Professional Series of enthusiast-class, modular power supply units.
The Corsair Professional Series HX450W uses industrial-grade components, ensuring stable, clean and reliable voltages, and delivers the vast majority of its total power output (88%) on the critical 12V rail, which is essential for reliably powering today’s PCs with multi-core CPUs and DirectX 10 graphics processors. The Professional Series HX450W is also tested and guaranteed to operate at 100% load at an ambient temperature of 50°C, guaranteeing stability and reliability no matter the conditions.
