Red Sox ALCS Champs - Yankees Fall!
We interrupt our regularly scheduled programming to congratulate our boys from Fenway Park, the Boston Red Sox!
Last night they upset the New York Yankees in an amazing 10 - 3 victory in the Bronx. It was history in the making for sure, as the Red Sox showed the world what champions are made of. Never-say-die, always believe, against all odds grit and determination paid off in a stunning upset and 4 game sweep, after suffering a 3 - 0 deficit in a best of 7 game series.
Congratulations Red Sox! "Big Papi" - David Ortiz, Johnny "Long Hair - Grand Slam" Damon, Curt "Tough As Nails" Schilling, D-Lowe, Cabrera, Varitek, Manny, Pedro, Bellhorn, Trot, Arroyo and all the rest - you guys are tops and we salute you!! It's on to the World Series on Saturday night! There IS NO curse! We've taken the Yankee Empire down and we're taking the World Series next!
