had better be in pretty good physical shape or start pumping iron now.

listed under "abilities required." So, you MUST be able to lift 50 to
75 pounds, but you don't have to know squat about Microsoft products.

The job descriptions are a
bit touch-feely beyond these odd requirements. Associates are expected
to "act as tour guide" and "be the example of the Microsoft vision of
the customer relationship." Oh, and associates will "collaborate with
corporate and field team members in the development of necessary tools
and programs [WAIT FOR IT] that will lead to long-term relationships
with elated customers."
The managers are simply required to
"recruit, interview, hire, train and develop" this team - "the most
knowledgable and skilled team in retail." And keep attrition at less
than 20 percent annually, which, in this job market, one might imagine,
should be relatively easy.
The first stores will open in Scottsdale, Ariz., and Mission Viejo, Calif. The job descriptions don't include salary ranges.
