LG Vu Plus Brings Another FLO TV Handset To AT&T

Mobile TV in America is still one of those technologies that is either too ahead of its time, or simply unwanted in its current state. Tons of advertising has been done to showcase the tech, but for one reason or another, it's not nearly as popular as one might think.
