Habey USA Unveils 12" Touchscreen Atom-Powered PC

Here's an... interesting one. Habey USA isn't exactly known for pumping out vanilla machines, and the company's keeping it weird with their latest idea. The new 12" Touchscreen Intel Dual Core Atom Nvidia ION Panel PC doesn't have much of a name (the model number is PPC-6512), but that long-winded title tells you most everything you'd need to know about it. There's a 12" widescreen panel, HDMI/VGA outputs, a serial port, two mini-PCIe ports, four x USB, a single eSATA socket, an Ethernet jack, a 1.3MP webcam and a VESA mount for those looking to give it a more permanent home.

It's equipped with a dual-core 1.8GHz Atom and NVIDIA's Ion GT218 GPU, with 512MB of dedicated graphics memory. The rig is capable of displaying full-screen Blu-ray flicks while consuming under 30W of power, and the slim design with vesa mounts allow for flexible installation in space constraint environments. This green touchscreen Panel PC carries a 2.5" removable hard drive bay fastened by metallic thumb screws for easy removal and can output dual independent displays via VGA and HDMI with max resolution of up to 2560x1600. The PPC-6512 supports Windows XP/7/Embedded/POS and Linux operating systems and can be further customized for OEM orders.
