DigiTimes reports that AMD is delaying the launch of their Turion 64 X2 mobile processor by roughly a month. Fortunately, the delay does not seem to be hardware related and is instead credited to Microsoft's latest delay with its upcoming Vista operating system. With Intel's Santa Rosa platform on the horizon, the Turion 64 X2 processor will certainly be critical to AMD's chances of gathering market share in the mobile segment.
