Samsung ATIV S Neo Hits AT&T Stores on November 8 for $100 on Contract

AT&T is about to offer its first Windows Phone 8 smartphone from Samsung. Starting November 8, 2013, you'll be able to snag a Samsung ATIV S Neo from AT&T for $21 per month with an AT&T Next plan, or $100 with a two-year service agreement. AT&T Next, if you're not familiar, allows you to break up the full retail cost of the device over 20 monthly payments with no down payment or activation fee. After 12 payments, you'll eligible to upgrade to a new handset and the process starts anew.

Now, customers can get their favorite features all in a single package."

In case you need a refresher, the Samsung ATIV S Neo sports a 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage, 1.9MP front-facing camera, 8MP rear-facing camera with LED flash and 1080p video capture, ATIV Beam for transferring files, and a few other odds and ends.

As for software, there are now more than 175,000 Windows Phone apps to choose from, including the full version of Microsoft Office.
