T-Mobile Slashes Price Of 6-Inch, 32GB Google Nexus 6 Phablet To $550
T-Mobile has been aggressively trying to lure customers over to the Un-carrier's network, though not all of the company's promotions receive a lot of fanfare. Such is the case with T-Mobile knocking $100 off the price of Google's Nexus 6 smartphone. If you head over to T-Mobile's website, you'll find the Android device selling for $549.84 outright, down from $649.92.
If you don't have that kind of loot to fork over in one lump sum, you can break payments up into 24 monthly chunks at $22.91. The monthly price stays in effect until you pay off the device or leave T-Mobile early, at which point the remaining balance would become due. However you slice it, the $100 savings makes the Nexus 6 a compelling buy.
The Nexus 6 is a phablet sized device with a 6-inch 2560x1440 (493 pixels per inch) display powered by a 2.7GHz quad-core processor and 3GB of RAM. It also boasts 32GB of built-in storage, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 13-megapixel rear-facing camera, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Android 5.0 Lollipop.
There's no microSD card slot for expandable storage. If 32GB won't cut it, the 64GB version is marked down $599.76, which is also $100 off its normal selling price. The 24 monthly payments on the 64GB SKU run $24.99. Basically it's a $50 upcharge to double the amount of built-in storage -- not a bad deal if you ask us.
