Live in Silicon Valley or the surrounding area? Looking to meet a lot of new gamers in a setting that's both clean and professional? Looks like AMD has you covered. The company has just announced a Fan Day Celebration, which translates to a pretty great part for gamers that'll go down on November 13th in San Jose, California. According to AMD, it'll be a day packed with tournaments, contests, and raffles, with over $50,000 in gear to be given away.

Better still, AMD will be giving 16 teams of five players the opportunity to play in the world’s first Battlefield 4 tournament, with the winning crew going home with AMD-powered gaming rigs. Doors will open at 9:00am, and the party will rage until 8:00pm that evening. Entrance is free, and you'll want to point your GPS to the San Jose Convention Center. Interested?
