The Tactile Alerts are placed in the middle of the mouse so that the user can feel the pulse in the center of the palm. Users can customize vibration patterns, duration, and triggers. In-game event triggers include health, ammo, mana, disables, headshots, and stuns. The user can also choose between vibration patterns such as Short and Long Buzz, Fast and Slow Heartbeats, Sad Trombone, Double Click, Triple Click, and others.

The OLED screen, which cycles at ten frames per second, is customizable as well. Users can customize CPIs, lift off distance, swap between profiles, and view key binds. They can also switch between settings for your different games or weapons and even upload animated GIFs.

The Rival 700 is currently available for $99.99 USD.
