CyberPowerPC Unveils Fang Book Gaming Notebook, Zeus SFF PC & Xtreme Hydro II Liquid Cooling
CyberPowerPC has gone all out with its announcements at CES, unveiling not only a new notebook and small form-factor PC, but one of the beefiest and most robust water-cooling kits we've seen in a while. Let's take it from the top.
It seems that lately, "console-sized" is all the rage, and that's exactly how CyberPowerPC is describing its brand-new Zeus SFF. It offers an attractive full-tower chassis (9.5" x 9.84" x 3.9") sporting two front USB 3.0 ports. Because of its size, it could be assumed that Zeus SFF could be used with a television or PC that's far from a router. As such, it includes support for 802.11n wireless. The base Zeus SFF includes an Intel Core i5-3570L CPU, AMD Radeon HD 7750 GPU, 2TB hard drive, a slot-loading ODD and carries a price-tag of $799.
Taking "custom gaming notebooks" to the extreme is Fang Book, a 17-inch offering that boasts a third-generation Core i7 processor from Intel, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675M or GTX 680M, features a 1080p LED display and a 750GB hard drive (it's assumed that this could be upgraded to an SSD). The base model retails for $1,299 and includes a Core i7-3630QM, a GTX GeForce 675M and 8GB of RAM.
Who says that the DIY water-cooling market is dead? Not CyberPowerPC, proven with the launch of its Xtreme Hydro II kit. Available with either a 240mm or 360mm radiator, the Xtreme Hydro II includes everything you need to equip your PC with seriously effective water-cooling, including the tubing, dual D5 pumps, mounts and accessories.
The 240mm model retails for $210 while the beefier 360mm retails for $343 - expensive compared to the multitude of AIOs available on the market, but for those who don't want to skimp on cooling, this looks to be one heck of an option. As you'd expect, this will be available to purchasers of a wide-range of CyberPowerPC desktops.
