As such, one of the updates will give priority to the things posted directly by your friends and family.
When your best friend Phil or Aunt Mabel post a photo, video, status update, or link, it'll appear higher up in your News Feed so that you're less likely to miss it. This means that pages you follow, whether they're businesses that you 'Liked' or celebrities you stalk, will appear lower on your News Feed. Don't worry, you'll still see them, it will just require a bit more scrolling than usual.
You may also notice more content from friends and family than usual. That's because another update being rolled out relaxes a rule that previously prevented you from seeing multiple posts from the same source in a row. Now if you run out of content and want to spend some more time in News Feed, you'll see more, Facebook says.
Finally, a third update addresses feedback from Facebook users who've complained about seeing stories about their friends liking or commenting on a post. Maybe you have a friend who's into some oddball activity that you couldn't care less about and he's always liking and commenting on posts related to that activity.
